One of many times I’ve worked to a challenging deadline: this video for Scottish Enterprise was cut in a single night when the client didn’t like the first version of the original brief.
This new edit went in an entirely new direction, and repurposed the original footage (the black and white shots of Scottish Enterprise employees) along with shots from SE’s library of Scottish locations, and some stock footage.
The entire concept was constructed around Max Richter’s Recomposition of Vivaldi’s Summer, to dramatic effect.
